Hey mama, we see you. This month is nuts. Fighting to be present when the overwhelm of teacher gifts, parties, childcare and summer are all making you feel like you are going deeper underwater.

MAY can bring out the worst in us. We are at the end of our rope when everyone is asking something of us when ALL we desire is a quiet backyard with a fizzy drink resting on a chair.

So much of May is good and celebratory, but little do people see the mental load and the physical exhaustion. We see it. We honor it. We feel it, too.

To the mom spinning in the madness of May, you’re almost there. Take a deep breath - walk barefoot in the grass - remind yourself of the goodness in the little moments. You’re not alone. And you’re going to make it.
